Lleidy Cruz, is the founder and creator of D'Amores by; Lleidy. She was born in Añasco, Puerto Rico. She is a woman with Christian bases, dedicated to her family, and serving God at all times. Thanks to the help of her sister, and her mother, she resumed the steps of jewelry design, which she once put on hold. She tells us that her mother has been her motivator, who planted that interest in her since she was a child. Her mom taught her how to create her own bracelets, earrings, and necklaces. The motivation of her husband Javier and her children, Leroy and Bryhan, are important bases in her life, who support her in every adventure.

At the age of 22, Lleidy began designing jewelry with more variety. She inspired many of her relatives in her family, and even her son felt inspired to sell her designs to the neighbors of the neighborhood where they lived. Then Lleidy took a break from her life, exploring other opportunities in her personal and professional life. When the pandemic arrived in March 2020 in Puerto Rico, the work environment began to collapse, and the world barely began to change. From that moment, Lleidy began to take up her designs and find a way to get ahead. Lleidy had little savings, and a phone call from her sister changed her life, to help her financially to undertake, encourage her, raise her up, and create what is now D 'Amores by; Lleidy. Over time, LLeidy saw more acceptance among her clients for the designs she created until she quit her job to dedicate herself full-time to her jewelry and design business. Continuing to learn jewelry design is very important through reading, researching, and practicing what she learns.
